1. Eligibility & Account Creation
By creating an account on NEXO, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
2. Lifetime Access & Payments
Lifetime access licenses grant perpetual access to the platform's core Digital Card generation features for the operational life of the platform. Fees paid for lifetime licenses are charged as one-time payments through Razorpay.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from publishing unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or abusive content on their public NEXO cards. NEXO reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NEXO Card be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service interruptions.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Namakkal, Tamilnadu - 637202, IN.
